As we approach our 150th Anniversary, St. Michael’s will be
embarking on a process of revitalizing and renewing our mission. Our focus will
not only be on our historic parish buildings and grounds which support the
mission of our church, but also the entire St. Michael community. How well are
we fulfilling our mission? As we move toward the future, are there things we
could be improving upon?
We are calling this project Cornerstone – Building on
150 Years of Faith. The project name calls to mind St. Michael’s rich history in
Pawcatuck and builds upon it as we renew our mission heading to the future.
St.
Michael is unique, not only in our long history and strong tradition of faith,
but also in our wonderful parishioners that support our parish in so many ways.
We invite you to journey with us as we take this new path into St. Michael’s
future.
